Our Services
We can work with all customers regardless of their level of expertise. We can use a napkin sketch, drawings, or an existing part to start your project. Our Engineers use Solidworks to design your project and create the 3D or 2D images needed to create it accurately. Once prints are approved, we will enter the production phase.
Our Quality Department meets the needs of our customers and offer PPAP documentation including PFMEA’s, capability studies, and control plans to simple first part inspection.
We have multiple Discmaster’s that can remove laser slag and edge rounding. This allows us to improve our quality and clean parts more efficiently. Our Timesaver that will add grain or mirror finish to material.
Our Finishing Machines complement the hand finishing of parts that has always taken place. While more time consuming, grinding, sanding, polishing and Scotch Brite surfaces created by hand have always been available.
